Hillel Goldschein
CEO
Hillel has spent over a decade scaling business operations, drawing on his graduate training in Organizational Development to build systems that enable sustainable growth. As Vice President of Operations for a multifamily owner and operator, he designed and implemented operating frameworks that supported the acquisition of more than 6,500 units in under two years, allowing the organization to grow rapidly while maintaining operational stability and performance.

He is known for tackling complex operational challenges and delivering practical, high-impact solutions with speed and precision. Hillel is especially passionate about developing talent, building strong teams, and helping team members grow into high-performing leaders.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, staying active through fitness, and being outdoors.
